Michigan Shops or Synthetic Party ?

Hey all,

I have put about 1,500 miles on my Rx-8 manual and I am very happy with the car. I would however really like to swap out the tranny and diff fluid in a attempt to quiet down the noises coming from them.
I admitedly, am a little short on the tools and skills to be confident pulling this off myself.

I was wondering what Metro-Detroit shops people have used for this, if any ?

With my previous car, a MINI S, people would have pulley parties, where someone would host at a shop or large garage a party if you will. People with tools and skills would perform the work for a fee of course, and even supply the materials, at a profit of course. This made for cool little get together that anyone who just wanted to hang out and talk cars was welcome to come too.

Maybe something like that would be fun ?

Just a thought .......

You should come out to our meet this Sunday and get to know some more rotary owners. I'm sure you will meet people wanting to help and hang out.
