here is a list from the rx-7 forum of shops in the northeast area:

I'm working on the mother's performance address and number. i cant find it right now but i will post it when i find it. i'm not sure what work they do but they hosted an rx-7 meet, so i am assuming they have done work on rotaries. i have heard that they have done good work on other cars as well.

Wayne mazda is a great Dealership, there are several places to buy the mazspeed stuff, you just need to shop around. The best place to get any work done is KD Rotary in PA. They are the best.

Wayne Mazda has done all of my bolt on work - their RX-8 mechanic does great work and is a good guy. Speak to Ben and mention Dennis-red RX-8
Acosta Motorsports did an excellent job on installing my turbo system. Don't go by one person's negative experience. Ask for Marcus or Harold, they are good guys and will be doing some additional tuning next week on my turbo

That is when the turbo was installed. They are working on a prototype intake manifold with larger diameter outlet openings. They have not finished yet, but think it may yield another 25+ HP.
