KUMHO tires!!
Just bought a used 2004 6 speed for myself with 12K miles, would probably need tires soon . I was looking at the Kumhos as they are pretty cheap compared to others. Does anyone have experience with them? Any other suggestions at lower priced tires( maybe Goodrich, Yokos)?

I just put the Kumho ECSTA SPT's on mine a few months ago. So far I love 'em. Great tire for the price. https://www.rx8club.com/series-i-wheels-tires-brakes-suspension-55/kumho-ecsta-spts-245-40-18-installed-86743/

Forget Khumo's or anything else. For a good price and Toyo tire quality, Check out the Falken FK-452.

I have kuhmos on my car, they wear slowly, they're noisy... but they're good tires, never lost traction with them.
I'd go with Toyos next time though, they get very good reviews.

I have the Kumho Ecsta ASX, definitely a compromise tire since they are all season. Not as good dry pavement as the stockers. Definitely quiet and a little spongy feeling. They actually work in snow and ice and you are not taking your life into your own hands.
