Dealer Hall of Fame/Hall of Shame

Dealer Hall of Fame/Hall of Shame
Hey, I think we really need a section for feedback about dealers, since many of us are having to deal with them right now. So if some scumbag is trying to sell for over MSRP or trying to sock buyers with hidden fees, then the community should know about that, and we could also let people know what dealers are actually honest and knowledgeable.
Then, after the car comes out, maybe we could expand it to also include feedback about 3rd party companies or individuals selling stock or aftermarket parts.

Mazda South
I'll give my kudos to Mazda South here in Austin. They're friendly and enthuastic about their product, from the sales folks up front to the service team out back. They support the local Miata club and the local RX club.
Ask for Patric Fairs (Mazda NA Salesperson of the Year for 2000 and 2001), and tell him Jon Etkins sent you.

Maybe we should just post the dealers we've had luck with (in my case, Capitol Mazda in Richmond, VA, salesman Dwane Massenburg) and not mention the "other" guys. That way, there's no chance of anyone getting upset of any kinds of libel.

Well life being what it is, I could not wait any longer for the RX-8 to come around.
But I had a "great" experience at FREEMAN MAZDA, here in the Dallas area when I bought my 2003 Black Protegé5. Plus I very highly recomend my sales person George Johnson (Fleet & Credit Union Sales Manager)!

Is it just me or are all the dealers not responsive to emails etc. I really liked my dealer and the person I talked to. When I asked a question through email to my dealer before preordering I got an email response the next day, but now after preordering I dont ever get a response back from them. They don't try to keep me updated about anything, like information they receive from mazda or anything, just wonering is anyone else having these problems? I still like my dealership and i liked the person I dealed with but its just pretty gay Im purchasing a 30k+ car, and don't get the treatment.
