As a regular on-topic contributor and reader, I'm finding the "New Posts" option painful these days. Often a large number of new posts are in the lounge. It's great that there is a place for off topic discussion, but it's bloody frustrating that it gets in the way of finding out what's new on-topic.

I'd love to see an option to see all new posts, excluding the lounge, so I can quickly scan new posts that are on-topic rather than having to wade through a bunch of titles related to politics, religion, sex, brazilian waxing and whatever tickles people's fancy.

Alternatively, if the new posts could be grouped by forum it would make it easy to ignore whole sets of new posts if I'm not interested in that particular forum.

Is there a way to search for new posts and get a list of thread names with new postings vs the longer list of new posts?
