RX8 club keeps requiring login

it seems like every time I go back to the club tab I am logged out after being idle for 15 minutes. Are the cookies broken or is automatic login no longer working?

Works for me, but I use Mac's. Try clearing out any saved passwords & cookies for this site and start over.

No issues here. I wonder if all the recent problems with the site screwed up your session and clearing your cookies will help. FWIW I'm on a Mac as well.

I haven't had any problem. WinXP with either FF or IE.

Are you using Firefox? If so, firefox has problems with this.. You need to go to the main folder and delete a file named cookies.sql? Something like that. Or cookies.sqilite? It happens to me a lot on this PC. It won't happen again after deleting..

Yeah it's firefox. I don't know what the hell they've been doing lately but it seems like their browser has become much less stable than it used to be.

I'm staying logged in on my wife's Mac and my iphone. Maybe it's Vista.

There's an option on firefox that deletes your "history" everytime you close the browser. Try this, open a firefox window, sign in, verify, and then completely close the window (X out.) Then open up a brand new window and try to sign in, if you are prompted again for user and password then thats your problem.

Also on a second note, if this does not work you may have a virus, it disables all memory of current user names and passwords thus making you physically retype them into the screen, it then logs whatever you type for "malicious" stuff.

I just fixed a computer last week that had such a nasty bug, but in this case it logged the owners bank sign in

This option is turned off. My other sites seem to remember my login information so I don't think it's a virus. It may be linked to the cookies.sql file but I haven't found it yet.

Or it could be specific to the RX8club cookie.

Shaun: you're not alone, it was FUBAR'd on Thursday, Easy_E1 kept having this issue on my laptop and it kept logging me out as well. (WinXP, IE 7)
seems to be better now.

Bro, delete the file I mentioned. It's not vista, it happened on my desktop running XP.
