hey id like to come. im from the sa area but im on deployment right now. Im scheduled to be home april 29th! Just got my 2nd rex. 2007 6spd wwp gt appear. package 10k on odom. my wifes rex is a 04 bb 6spd. with 40k on odom. mods im hoping to all have on by the time i get home is tein s springs, 18in tenco dc-5 v1 rims in bronze, clear corners, ap under pully, exhaust(not sure which one to get right now and intake(also not sure which to get right now. , tint, and maybe a couple more things! hopefully i can be there we will c.

I'm down, imagine I'll be able to get at least another couple RX's to come out as well... maybe Alan's and his 9sec RX3 who's out in Kerrville :lol:

What are dinner plans? Know somebody mentioned in the other thread about going to Biff's Burgers for the Fri night car meet, it's probably about a 15min drive from the hotel, good food and a lot of nice cars out there; would be cool to fill up a whole row in the parking lot with RX's. MAP

What time is everyone rolling out Sat morning? 10?

Nice to see that you should be able to make it out, and yeah if you have other RX buddies that want to join in on the fun then I have no problem with that.

Sounds like there are a few ideas out there for dinner on that Friday and Saturday night, we will get it all figured out though as the event gets closer. Thx!

Got a nephew also deployed, ie in Irak. He is supposed to have RR sometime in April for 2 weeks. He wants to join but not sure when he will be home. If its during this time, he will drive up with me. ( from Corpus Christi) He just got his 8 right before he left overseas.

oh thats koo! wut branch is he in? wut is his job? Im a navy FMF Corpsman(medic) AKA "DOC". wut kind rx8 he have? but yya cant wait to come home period. itll be nice to be back home. im from sa born and raised. just got my order to my next duty station. Camp jejune 2nd marine division infantry unit. n e ways ya thatll be koo if there would be a couple military ppl.

What part of Corpus? I grew up down there and my parents still live there. Lived out in the Calallen area...

Ewww, Camp Lejune! Haha, my dad is a retired Marine so I know that place well. There are quite a few veteran's in our local group Me (Navy OS, U.S.S. Barry DDG-52), grungepup (U.S. Army), Hoss-05 (U.S. Army), and of course our local fly boy officer.

I'll Check my Calendar! Maybe I can bring out one of my RX-7s.

Well we dont really have much in the way of a contact down there, Would you at least mind relaying to the rest of your member base that there is a State Wide meet?

I can go!!! My wife and I get to San Antonio several times a year but haven't been in a while so this works perfectly. We are going to stay at the Menger Hotel downtown though. We probably won't be hanging out with everyone the whole time but will definitely make an appearance for a while.

Hell 2 the yeah!! Been wanting to meet you for a while man. It will be good to put a face to the name after all these years.

Sure why not? Ghosts are cool. We get a discount at the Menger so it's basically $80 a night. We usually stay there, the Crockett, or the Emily Morgan when we are there so we are quite familiar with it.

Hey RotaryGod, glad to hear you plan on making it out to the event! Do you atleast plan on hanging out that Saturday when we do the cruise and dinner? The cruise is a blast and we will be raffling off prizes at the dinner.
