They're a rotary shop across the river from St Louis. In fact they just had a rotary car show last month. I didn't attend b/c it was the same weekend as the regular car show.

Though this thread has become a bit old, I will like to add my knowledge about Tuxedo park racing. As far I know, it is a genuine shop dealing with services like Chassis Dynamometer Testing, Mechanical & Machine Shop Services, eBay Consignment for Auto and Race Items at reasonable price.
