Tokico Shock Kit - D-Spec Series DSP Kit

Product Description

Tokico’s D-Spec Series adjustable shock is a multi-use product that’s the result of sophisticated piston and valving design. In addition, it utilizes a unique variable-aperture bypass, which is controlled by an adjustable slide valve.

Tokico D-Spec shocks and struts kits are sold in matched sets of four. Each set includes a manual explaining the adjustment process as well as covering suspension tuning tips.

I wouldn't mind a price for just the Dspecs as well if possible.... Shipped to S7H 5B5, Canada. Would you recommend these over the KONI Sports (yellows)?

I have run this combo of S-Techs and D-Specs since early 2006 and have never regeted it. Nice setup for the 8!

I'd like to see someone who as run the KONI's as well and get a comparison. They are cheaper but I'm thinking you get better quality with the Tokico's and having the adjusters for the rear so all 4 corners can be soften or hardened very simply is key...

KONIs will be a better shock for those more dedicated to autoxing, tracking and simply a more grip oriented setup. While the Dspecs will be a very good all around setup.

All in all both combos will yield awesome results over stock. If you guys want to get quoted on any other combos let me know and I will make it happen.

Looking forward in hearing from you.

Thank you,

Which one lowers the car more? I have S-Techs on stock struts right now and the rear end just seems like it needs to be a little bit lower (1/2" or so) to match the front.

Check the first post for specs on the springs. Let me know if that works or if you want to look into other springs.

Also, do you know if installation of the D-Spec's requires any modification in an S2? I know some shocks require the factory strut bar be cut.
