I put this exhaust on my 2010 R3. It bolts on nicely however I did have to change the hangers back by the mufflers....2.99 ea at Autozone, you will need 4 of them of course....if you need a part number just let me know, I work at Autozone so I can look that up for you.......Enjoy, I do.....

Are the new TurboXS going to come with a new(quieter) midpipe? If so, when are they going to be available to purchase? I really want to get rid of my OEM exhaust. I need more noise!!!!

Was really hoping for a dual resonated exhaust. Came really close to buying the single resonated exhaust. Some said it was WAY too loud and others say it was OK, but the way the cops are here in VA I just can't risk it. Will definitely have my eyes peeled for a Turbo XS dual resonated exhaust in the future.

Tempted to buy this system.
EDIT: Just called their customer service. Apparently they won't be receiving the shipment until the third or fourth week of this month...

What I want to know is if this $499 deal will still be on in the April 2011. Winter is just around the corner and I'm sure nobody up north will want to have a brand new exhaust installed then.

Hello Good People!
Expected arrival this month. Due to the amount of pre orders we are already have, I would recommend if you want one of these give us a call and get yourself on the list if you haven't done so already. We have been out of stock on these a while and generally when this happens we sell almost all of our replacement inventory immediately.
Thanks,
Jermaine~

Read through a bit of this thread, and I have a few questions. If I were to order an exhaust today, what midpipe would the exhaust come with? A resonated, dual resonated, or just a straight pipe?
Additionally, I read that the midpipe itself won't bolt up to the factory exhaust. Does that mean the factory cat wouldn't work with just the exhaust?
And for anyone with an '09+ RX8, what exactly did you have to do to make this exhaust work? And did it sag noticeably lower than the stock one since it needs modified hangers? Did the tips match up nicely?
