THis is an attempt to clear up future mishaps and provide better and swift service to you the customer. If you have questions reqarding you order (delivery, shipping, etc.) it is best to call me dirctly, email my directly, or via PM. If email or PM is the prefered method for you please include in the message your full name and what you orded. With out this info it is nearly impossible for me to keep track of the customers real name and associate it with a screen name as we do not use your screen name for our invoices. Also, inquireing about the status of an existing order via posting on a thread doesn't help much with out the full name and product description.

One last thing I'd like to ask is that if an order isn't placed through me either by phone, PM or email and is done though our online shopping cart please keep in mind that it is a different department handling the online orders and they do have alot of them which can make for some confusion at times. The bottom line is the best way to place an order, check status, etc. is to call in and talk to me personally. My extension as well as email adress is shown in my signature for this reason. As always I am hear to serve you so if you have issues or questions or whatever regarding an order please keep the above request in mind and I will do my best to service you. Thank you for doing business with us in the past and future.
Ryan

I have had nothing but great service and as much advice from Mike when ever I have have called him. I have ordered the K&N Intake, Nology wires and JIC rear strut bar with no problem with any.

I ABSOLUTLY hate work dealing w/ Huff. j/K Huff. I have never had any problems with Huff or any orders either. I have seen their shop and Warehouse and it's always stocked to the roof.
I highly reccomend VividRacing.

As for the AutoExe kit, it's still sitting there Poolside.
