***SAD NEWS***David Segalla "Dave" (Guitarjunkie28) passed away today 1/30/07***
I am copy/pasting this from here- http://www.rx7club.com/showthread.php?t=619141
OK as some of you know Dave (guitarjunkie28) was working with Tony and I (Fris) at our shop Lucky 7 Racing. We were working together as one shop. Lately Dave had been in and out of the hospital because of personal reasons. Today 1/30/07 I got a call from his mother telling me Dave had been killed in a car accident on his way to the shop this morning and died at about 9:30am.
All i know so far from his family is that he was driving his FD down the San Bernardino mountains where his parents live. He was involved in a head on collision with a woman in another car. He died, she is in critical condition.
I need help finding out who Dave was in the middle of doing business with so that we can return the stuff to the owners. I know he was working on a silver RX8 (cosmo swap), silver FD, Blue t2, and red RHD FD. Please if you know these owners contact me.
Here at the shop he will be missed by us. I still cant believe this happened.
David,
You will be missed my friend.

Wow,
I have been climbing quite a bit lately and reading the rock climbing forums. I thought I was getting used to threads like this, but I NEVER expected to see one here. It makes my stomach drop thinking about it.
My condolences to his friends and family.
I am convinced there are some serious twisty roads up there.

This is a huge loss to the rotary community.
Does anybody have any pictures of Dave's work? I think a picture would be nice to see so everyone can appreciate the incredible work he did.

I'll snap his neck.
I'm so sorry for your loss, and please express our condolences to his family. He was a very helpful guy. At least he was doing something he loved when he passed.

Here are some pics I pulled from the other site.
