I would assume then, that this is the one you want to go with...I will note that on the first post.

Why? If you are referring to quality of the pics I posted - they are only grainy cuase I had to use MS Paint to resize them. posted them from my work laptop and I don't have any editing programs on this thing

Speeddemon ----Test Page------

Here are the pictures that you wanted...please review the mods to make sure they are worded how you want them....for example...."RB Sways"...or would you like it to say "Racing Beat Sway Bars"?

February Finalized (3rd Completed Page) 3/12 complete

here's my final page...changed my rim pic...and added a couple of mods...changed the center small image. Thought the sunset pic was too old...and it has been used in other places before.

OK here are the new shots i took with the new wheels and springs...not quite the same lighting but similar. i included a sample form the old photoshoot as well. i think it actually looks better. the car was dirty then as well which kind of shows.

First one looks good. I assume you will clean up the border on the 3rd small pic, and the little white edge on the main pic?

I was waiting for a high-res pic from the SD October event, but the photog is laggin.

March Samples

Maybe if some of you guys can give me a few opinions to help me decide.
-I like all the main pics very much so
-I like most of the smaller pics as well so that is another hard decesion
-lastly the wheel image, i think the stock wheels read pretty awesome but i love the new wheels as well.

delimea
image 1-i like all 3 small images
image 2-i like the far right small pic
image 3-i again like the far right picture but the other two are different but old
image 4-i like all 3 small images
image 5-i like all thres iamge a lot, they are all very different
image 6-same three images as last.
image 7-same three images as 3rd
but again i like all the main shots...is anyone already using one form a similar shot that i have in here as a main, aka factory or shipping or malibu?

ok so my favorite images are all 4 in test 5, far right small image in test 7, far right small image in test 2, and main pic in test 1 (that is 7 total images, 3 too many) and have yet to choose a wheel shot.

Second part, quote, which sounds better?
the 8 is great but the 7 and i am in heavon
or
the 8 is great but the 7 is heavon
or
the 8 is great but in the 7 i am in heavon

i can see why you're having a tough decision- lotta great pix to choose from. hmm... well, i think you should pick the one that's the most visually comfortable to you without over-analyzing things... they all look great. i esp like 5 & 3 of the first set- for the palm trees & beach- and 2 of the 2nd set because the red & black just looks great on the white backdrop- plus the opened compartments makes you want to look at the picture more. the relative proportions of the car vs. background feel great too. for the small pix, i really like 1& 2 of 2 of the 1st set and 1 of 3 of the 1st set.

and, of your 3 quotes, i like "the 8 is great, but the 7 is heaven." dunno why, but maybe it just seems to rhyme better i guess. a slightly more energetic variation would be "the 8's great, but 7's heaven."

hope this helps...

got a couple things....

sorry to ask about the last minute change in the small pic. but what do you think about that?

if you like it better, then I will send you a full res. if you guys think the rear would be better then lets just stick with that. I wanted to get a picture of the decal (a close up) but when I did that I just couldent get it to look right. (I wanted to show that it is blue and CF) - no biggy.

Casey - my opinion - the thumbnail you added doesn't really add anything to the layout that you weren't showing before. Plus you now have three pics of your car at the same angle.....looks a little akward.

Loren - i really like the layouts you did but there is one thing I am noticing....a lot of the center pics are closeup shots while the thumbnails are shots with a lot of background. Try a layout with the center pic having a lot of background and the thumbnails being all closeups.
ex: Center pic - white warehouse or globe
thumbnails - malibu, doors open, brown dock front closeup

thats what I was thinking to. I didnt want all the SAME pics. thats why I went with the rear shot the first time. also why I was thinking of adding a cloes of of the deca. just to "mix" it up a lil.

ok stick with he rear shot. I agree with snow.

Yes, final version will be polished...the ones posted in this thread are just for editting and decision purposes. I would guess that your page is not finalized as you are awaiting another pic from the SD event. Let us know when you get more photos that you want to try.

I want to try and get things finalized by the end of November...so there is still a little time.

Loren, I like your test 5 the best., but the second image is too dark. I like the Malibu and the world shot (replace this with a new world shot with your new wheels)....and replace the second image...maybe with your open doors shot at the dock...or the one with the brown buch in front?
I also like the volk wheel closeup in test 4 the best. It is hard to get a good angle on those wheels in the direct sunlight. Try taking a pic at sunset when there is less direct light on the wheels.
For the quote...how bout turning it around so it ends with the 8....sounds like you don't like the 8 when you end with the 7 being heaven...IMO.

Like "The 7 is heaven and the 8 is great"...? This way, both cars sound like they are good ???
