Remember getting bumped back on New Year’s Day? Remember Easy E and others smiling as you trailed off into the tire pile? Well, now it’s your chance to get even and level the playing field. Yes, this Sunday, July 23rd, we’ll be meeting at F1 Race Factory (317 S. 48th Street, Phoenix, AZ 85034). Meeting time will be ~3:30 pm with check in at 3:45 and racing to commence at 4 pm. Those of you who haven’t previously been to F1 may need a little extra time to get registered and entered into their data base. Our plan is just to run one race, however if everyone is interested we may run more races. As always, the grill will be open and we’ll have door prizes to give away following race action along with a Traveling Trophy for the overall winner.

so...is this an RX-8 +1 event? I couldnt find any info on AZRX7.com or RX7CLUB.com and RCCAZ site isnt working so...is its just the few of us?

Well no one got the trophy today so we'll have to reschedule the grudge match at F1 Race Factory

AZRX8U - You did get the two emails right? One from Tim and one from me? Unfortunately RCCAZ website is a work on progress; 09Factor is the man on the project. Once that's up we can transfer the RCCAZ activities from this thread to there. Good to see you and AWESOME to meet your better half!! I hope to see her more often, and YOU too for that matter. Where the heck did you disappear to for the last 4-5 mos

I definitely hope you'll both come again to our other little gatherings and check out some more of the exhausts before you make your decision. Of course, when I got home I realized that I left my membership cards there since I was originally thinking of sticking around for the 6 o'clock race.
Now I have to go back and pick them up. Duh.

Great seeing everyone, and again, my apologies on the mixup. Looking forward to rubbing paint again in a couple of weeks. Hopefully things will cool down a little by then (both outside and at F1). I've never seen that place SOooo busy!

Looking forward to that LOOOOOnng string of rotaries heading down I-10 towards Irvine and SS9 in October. Now THAT, will be one heluva sight!!
