Gobble, Gobble!!!

Everyone,

Just a quick heads up that a week from this coming Sunday will be our Annual Turkey Trot and Rotary Romp out to Tortilla Flats. I know that the initial schedule had called for a possible venue change to the North side (Saguaro Lake), but heck, why mess with tradition. So, in honor of the upteenth time we've held the event, let's meet again at the Chevron/Waffle House near just North of Idaho Road and US 60. Meeting time of 9:30 for a 10 am departure. As always, our plan will be to head out to the Flats for an early lunch, then Trot out to where the pavement ends for a quick photo shoot, then ROMP back into town. Hope to see many of you there!

Seeing how I can't get to the DMV to get a permit or be able to do it on line. Better to not taunt the police.

Everyone,

Naughty or nice, I hope that you have a Merry Christmas and that Santa is good to you! Here's hoping that 2010 holds better times for everyone. Let's bring in the New Year in grand RCCAZ style by joining us next Friday, January 1, 2010 for our annual New Year's Day drive up South Mountain and go-kart event at F1 Race Factory. Meet in the parking lot of the Phoenix Zoo (Galvin Parkway, just North of Van Buren) at 10:30 am for an 11 am departure. From there, we'll cruise together up South Mountain and stop for a short break before heading back to F1 and our annual New Year's Day Go Karting Grudge Match (Jeff... pls bring the trophy)!! Hope to see you there.

Happy Holidays!!!!
