What's up all 8 fanatics. How many people been showin up to the meets lately? Thinkin bout showin up to this one stead of the LAX one this month.

 

quite a few show up regularly but it will fluctuate but on average about 4 8s each meet and plently of other cars besides 8s

 

Yep. On a slow night, we may get 3 rx8s. On a good night, we can get 8 rx8s or so.

We also have a plethora of evos/sti's/240s a few r35 GTRs and a bunch of other randoms

 

i will be there this saturday guys. havnt been going lately due to the fact that my grandpa has been hospitalized for the past 2 weeks and unfortunatly passed away yesterday morning. So yeah, head has been going nuts, so i will be there this saturday to my mind off of things. see you guys soon.

my uncle just passed away friday too, so i've been in the same shoes and had to take time off work for family stuff as well...

getting old just sucks...

i'm tentatively thinking of going to the wild rivers one on 3/26, but i prefer to go to the april 9-10 at hollywood park. maybe we can make a group day out of it, if there is enough interest with everyone? it's all short auto-cross coursing all GM, Ford, Honda, Toyota cars- ie it's a GM event, but they bring out competitors cars for us to thrash around. as mentioned, i've been to several of these before and they are pretty fun. free food, free drinks, and autocross a corvette and camaro. hey, who can say no to that right?
