Central Coast of CA

I live up in San Luis Obispo area.

I'm probably 120 mile from Ventura /Oxnard area.....but,

I'm in the direction AWAY from the congestion of the metropolitan area (I grew up in Van Nuys).

I would just love to see that trailer tracker come zoomim up to SLO with the cars. Open Highway - US 101. We'll see what happens.

I work in the Calabasas area. That's about 25 miles east of Port Hueneme. My office has a view of the 101 freeway but I've been so swamped with work, it's difficult to gaze blankly at the freeway daydreaming about the RX-8. I don't want to pull a Wally (dilbert) since I need my job to keep the toys coming.

If I do happen to glance outside and see a trailer full of RX-8's, I'll let the board know.:D

You could spend your lunch hour looking for us.. And what about the time before and after work? Try looking around your place of business the odds are that someone already does stare blankly out the window all day. Use your resources! Be a hero!

Here is the contact information for Mazda at the Port of Hueneme:

Mazda Motor of America, Inc. (805) 985-2208

All someone needs to do is what I did, call and make a new friend!

I've used up my favors and am well known. Let's give someone else a try! Any volunteers?

The cars are stored on the Navy base at Port Hueneme and I have base access, hopefully I'll have time to go and check em out, supposedly they are there now. :D

I'll take the challenge 3rotor and call them. I just tried and couldn't get anyone (after hours), I'll try again tomorrow. What should I ask??
