Since there is virtually NO one in the Mountain Forums, I'd to ask those who have bought or planning to buy their RX-8 in Arizona:
-Which dealer do/did you go to purchase it and why?
I'm thinking that AZ might be a better place to purchase the car then NM.

I live in Tempe, AZ and have been considering an RX8 for a while.
I have visited both Showcase and Earnhardt dealerships. As of 3 weeks ago, Earnhardt had a "market value adjustment" (Showcase did not) of approx. $1000 added to the cars... 1 minute of negotiating and it is removed.
Both dealerships were pretty good, but at the time Showcase had a much larger selection.
Not sure if you can do better than MSRP at either, but you should not have to pay more.
I would wait a couple months, these cars are not flying off the dealer lots, and I am guessing $600-$1000 over invoice is coming soon!!!

Phoenix dealers
I purchased my RX-8 at Showcase and they were great. They didn't pressure me to buy anything or attempt any creative financing. Probably the best new car buying experience I have had, there priority seemed to be to keep me happy by moving things as quickly as possible. I worked with a lady named Vicky who was one of the fleet managers.
I have also been told Bell Mazda will have cars and that they are excellent to deal with as well.
I spoke to Earnhardt's when I started the pre-order process and was very unimpressed since there was a lot of gamesmanship.
