Or she'll drive it into a lake or sell it to someone shady. Sorry for the negativity but if the story is true this is the likely outcome.

So if anyone really cares to know the status well the insurance paid off the car and I got money out of it that's going to allow me to move the **** out of Arizona, I did have a break though I found the girl she got arrested last weekend in Florence for identity theft. So all u guys out there that said I was leaving something out well here's ur proof that she's a piece of **** low life. Her name is <redacted by mod> if u want to Google her name and find out for urself. I'm gonna go to her court date and figure something out from there. U all have a great life and peace out cuz I'm outta here.

I redacted the name. We don't condone posting of other people's personal information, even if they are presumably a criminal.

Yes, names are posted around. However, it's either their own name, which they have every right to (even if it's stupid), a completely known name like Eric Meyer (it's his screen name after all), or the mods/admins don't catch it and you should report it when you see it.

We have remained consistent that we redact people's names and other identifying information when we see it unless there is a good reason to leave it be.

Just because it's public record does NOT give you permission to post it here as far as we are concerned.

but you did leave out a rather important piece of information, that your insurance settled on totalling the car as a theft loss.

in other words it was not your car as soon as the check was cut from the insurance agency, regardless if you had received or cashed it yet.

which would also explain why the police would not offer you any assistance, nor was it in your benefit to even be looking for the car, because at that point it was owned by the insurance agency. even if you did find it, you legally could do nothing with it except try to recover it by paying off the recovered amount from the loss. even if you found it and decided to take some parts off it before handing it over to the insurance you could have also gotten into some deep ****, along with anyone helping you.

but at any rate, i'm glad everyone got what they wanted in the end.

No I didn't leave that part out cuz that was only done just last week. You know maybe some things aren't easy to explain to where some of you dont understand, but point being I thought I was helping a friend by letting her use my car to supposedly get back on her feet but that wasn't the case she is a law breaker and she stole my car plain and simple and too all you people that turned one cuz u thought I was leaving something out well you obviously were not in my shoes to know exactly how everything went. Just goes to show that the rx8 club is not car family but are no better then any of the other car clubs out there. But I realize that if it doesn't have a ***** then guys dont support. Thanks for showing me that even in here you are all a bunch of hypocritical people and dont care just like the rest of this god forsaken world. Why can't we all just get along. Peace out.

You obviously don't understand the concept of hypocrisy.
Hypocritical would be thinking it's stupid to loan your car to someone you didn't really know and then patting you on the head saying "There now, it's OK."

Hey... I don't have a ***** and I get help here all the time..

Hell I've even been known to do some helping myself and the vast majority of those peeps have been ***** free too.

Perhaps you should lay off the ***** for a while. Find yourself a good Rosie Palm and stick with that until you grow yourself a set of man *****.

At least with Rosie you don't have to worry about her stealing your car!
