Hey everyone, whats up with next Saturday the 19th? AZMC has planned a meet and show at the Pavilions, if I remember correctly we were going to do F1 before that. Who is coordinating this? Do we have a reservation? Just want to make sure someone is on top of this...

Did you not get an E-Mail from Tim E.?
"The suggestion has been made that we flip our scheduled August and September events to hopefully capture some cooler weather for our annual Club BBQ and Picnic. What that means is that our September Hot Summer Nights scheduled for the Scottsdale Pavillions will be moved to August. Arizona Mazda Club (AZMC) has already designated Saturday, August 19th for their monthly outing to the Pavs, so I’ve posted the message shown below and asked if we could join them on a combined club outing. I’ve also invited them to join us a little earlier in the day at F1 Race Factory for some go-karting action (as a makeup session from our July event). Following Karting action, hopefully we can all cruise over to the Pavillions en masse."
So you might E-Mail Tim E. and see what time he has set for us at F1.
Is AZMC still a club? or is it 2 clubs?

Sorry everyone.... I'm away from work, where I keep my club distribution list, hence no communication yet regarding next Saturday. I'll shoot out something to everyone and post the info HERE sometime Monday. Also, I should have some final pricing information regarding Sevenstock hotels.

Tim I can take care of the emailing the RCCAZ & AZRX8 distribution lists if you have the time set for the 19th for carting. Pavillions after would be nice too. If we can all meet up at one place and one time, say Home Depot parking lot at 4:45, we can all drive up to a row and park together. Whoever doesn't make it on time will have to fend for themselves.

Avondale Mazda is reimbursing us for our entry fees and HIN has allowed us to do a Saturday roll-in with no extra fee. On the downside for some of us, something other than stock wheels are required. Painted stock wheels, stock wheels from another Mazda or something to that effect are ok, so come on out!
And if you're not interested in showing we'd still love to have you to come out and see all the cars, the show is from 4-11PM!
If you need more info, check out the HIN thread at AZ Mazda Club or PM me here.
Thanks!

Gauging interest in an RX8 drive Sunday 11/26 up north to Sedona. We can take the back way in passing Yarnell hill and Jerome, then on to Sedona. Or since it's a Sunday and many of us are back to work on Monday, we can shorten the trip by skipping Yarnell & Jerome and just take the back way up through Sedona. One thing to consider is the nasty traffic back into the valley on Sundays on the 17 so maybe we should think about the 17 up, and then the long way back taking us through Sun City coming home. Your opinions are wanted.
Anyhow, we could take off at, let's say 10am, from the AMC Deer Valley movie theater located @ the loop 101 & I-17. Any takers?? Sign up here!
