I'd like to chime in about Oak Tree Mazda.
I went there for a $15 oil change during their grand reopening, and waited 2 hours. I think a RX8 owner was waiting the same time I was. It seems that the service dept "called" my name, but I never heard anything. After 2 hours, I went to the service dept and had to ask if my car was ready. The RX8 owner followed me and picked up this car too.
well, I contacted the owner, and he apologized, the service manager called me to apologize and gave me a free 15k service.
Well I took in again on a friday for a rattle I had in my driver side window , and they gave me a rental car (since all their loaner cars were being used), and the problem was "fixed" on monday. That monday when I picked it up, the driver side armrest plastic wasn't snapped in properly, so I had them "pop" it in. Well I drove my car on Tuesday, and the rattle was still there, so I called Oak Tree and spoke with Tim to explain that the problem is still there. Because that weekend was "too" busy, he advised I should take it in next week, so I schedule a date for them to look at it again. Hopefully they can get this resolved, but after all this, I am still a bit worried about them working on my car.
As far as purchasing, I was living in Sacramento and moving to San Jose in a month, I contacted Almaden Mazda and they told me they had a certain Mazda6 I wanted, and to make sure, spoke with his "supervisor"; both said they had one. Well, I checked their website and it didn't show up. So I contact their online sales, and they told me they didn't have what I was looking for. So beware of Almaden Mazda.
I bought my car though Oakland at invoice plus rebates.

Well I just stopped by Oak Tree in San Jose to pick up some washers for my differential and transmission fluid change that is set to go. Going from stock to Royal Purple Max-Gear. Looking forward to the result--great comments about it on here.
The new dealership is far better than the nasty temporary trailers they had for such a long time. It does need a bigger Mazda sign outside though. The taller and larger Toyota sign just eclipses it. Also the customer parking isn't great. It seems to be a dealership that needs more acreage that just isn't available on Stevens Creek Blvd.
They were asking like $3K above MSRP for the MS3! Almaden (sister dealership was asking $2K).
The parts guy was fine. They had the differential crush washers in stock, but I had to order the two for the manual transmission. The total for the four washers was $12.21 before tax.

$14.95 oil change special thru April 07 at Hayward Mazda
On a different note, I was perusing Hayward Mazda and they had an online coupon thru the end of April for an oil change with free car wash for $14.95. Thats dirt cheap even if you don't use/want the wash. Hopefully this is a recurring special--I will give them a try next time. My latest Mazda oil filter said Made in Japan so that was a good thing.

The good:
1. Andy and Peter at the service desks seemed nice.
2. Matched Oak Tree on Stevens Creek Blvd. (same owners) online coupon for a $28.88 oil change. Almaden's online coupon was $29.95. The $1.07 saved can go toward gas for my 8.
3. Oil change was finished in about an hour.
4. Topped off fluids.
The bad:
1. Do all service desks try to con you into buying some inflated service extras and packages? Andy tried to convince me to spring for an injector flush and a 15K service for $230+. The upside was that he wasn't too pushy and never said another thing after I declined.
2. When I asked for 5W-30 oil, Andy said I'll write it on the service order and see if it can be done. The car has a range of acceptable oil weights and we'll see what we can do, he said. Lame....
3. Icky greasy hand print on my beautiful but dusty engine cover!
I'd grade the experience a B. Positive, but not perfect. For the price, I'd consider going back.
