No, i have to show up and talk to a judge. Im gonna go schedule a court date on thursday and figure out my case from there.

Im assuming the judge should give some sympathy cuz im making an attempt and showing up instead of just paying it, etc etc etc

I got a ticket for exceeding 100mph. Whatevers... **** happens, i'm not going to cry about it. And if you think the judge is going to think better if you go see him, you are wrong there buddy. He gets paid 8 hours weither or not he see's you, you are wasting his precious golf time if you show up. When you get to the courts, you'll see the cashier first and they'll knock down the ticket there. It COULD get worst if you show up to a judge.

2 points is not going to make your insurance go up that much, I have 3 points on mine and the difference is like 15-20 a month.

BTW, what was the ticket for?

I'd suggest you not go to court. Mail in your argument. There's websites out there on how to approach this.

David's right the officer and judge both get paid no matter if you show up or not. Do some research dude, Das Internets is a beautiful thing.
