actually the asian guy judge will drop the fine alot. he lowers EVERYBODYS fine by like more than half! i got caught with my civic turbo, nitrous, and no cat.... paid 200 buks.

I figured out Tom's big plan.
So he moved here from MN so that he could tell all his MN friends that he lives in CA now so they'll think he's cool.
So then when he moves to Colorado or wherever, then he can tell all the bitches there that he's from California and then they'll think he's cool.
