getting the speaker wire throught he hoses is a PITA from what i've seen. There's a post with pics here somewhere about wiring them through the stock connectors for a cleaner look.

Thats exactly what I'm trying to do laythor. I just took a look at forbidden's molex guide and I think i can do it, but if theres anyone local who's done it before it'd be nice to have their advice on how to not tear the rubber boot.

I'm in no rush. I'm going to have to install the puddle lights too so i may as well do both at once. I'll work on a good ground and mounting the amp instead. I'm very curious to see what happens when i get this whole thing hooked up. The amplifer has 4 25 amp fuses, and the 8 has a 100 amp alternator

Last night I was following a red RX-8 with some type of exhaust that was spitting fireballs. He looked to have blacked out tails. I couldn't tell as it was dark (around 7:30ish). This was on Central Expressway in Sunnyvale/Santa Clara.
Just wanted to say hello (if you are on here) :D Your car is dope and I want to have t3h fireball abilities some day.

I spotted 3 rx8's today in rohnert park/santa rosa
1. white lowered i think, areo kit, tinted, with kazera kz-a black wheels (big lots parking lot in SR)
2. black all stock no kit (next to srjc) older man
3. silver no kit (on golf course dr. next to chevron in RP) gave me a thumbs up
(^^ almost same place 2 days ago i saw a WB i waved as i drove by)
i wanted to see if any of you were on here because i have still yet to meet anyone. =)
