Mazdaspeed's name is Johnson

and a tug job is quite a bit more violent than a handy, but they all have some end result, right?

My friends managed to give me the flu last night, so I'm gonna pass on tonight so that I don't get all you guys sick with this bullshit. Maybe next week.

Throwdown, Stay safe and come back home when you're done (or we'll never forgive you).

Hey everyone, thoughts on leasing cars? Might be paying off the jeepster and selling it private party. Then go buy/lease a 2007 Civic EX or something with even better gas mileage.

so... thoughts/feelings on leasing?

leasing is about the worst way to get a car. limited miles per year, can't do anything to the car unless you are going to bring it back to stock at the end, limited selection of lease term options, and oh yeah... after 2 to 3 years of the lease you own nothing.

you're better off buying used the way you go through cars.

What Laythor said. I looked into leasing when i bought my 8 and the only thing it's good for is if you have enough money to buy the car outright in the first place, but will want a new one in 2 years or so.

It's all good, you have to learn one way or another. Atleast with the civic you'll enjoy. If anything get the SI.

I should have gone to the movie with you guys. I got home and wifey is like:

"I'm still jet lagged, you go get ice cream, blah blah blah....too tired, blah blah".

I guess I'll go to skyline and do some "testing".

I haven't driven the portion from Highway 84 to 280, but have driven the rest.

Semi Pro was funny. Better than Talladega Nights.

Walnut Creek member wanting to meet up.

Hello, i am in the Walnut Creek area and was looking for any groups that meet and so forth. I am thinking about the different types of exhaust but wanted to get an idea of what they sound like in person first. Plus see what others have done to the RX8's and so forth...

What types of exhaust do you guys have and are there any meets coming up in the future to look for?

And are there any local shops for RX8 parts or Mazdaspeed parts besides the dealer??
