Where you going to be at? There's a Wing Stop on Curtner off the 87. There's another one in fremont and on Brokaw Rd. Unless you had something else in mind. There's a Texas Grill 'em on winchester that makes some pretty good cajun.

Well I am in Fremont, so I wouldn't mind the fremont one, but I think Coleman one is closer to everyone else.

Since this is your first bike if you know of a reputable bike shop close to you, it wouldn't be a bad idea to have 'em check it out for potential problems.
For example, chains, sprokets, brakes, leaks, hoses, frame, tires, et cetera
