So I talked to the guys at Custom Autosound about having them fab up a custom enclosure for my Equalizer remote. They said they'd be able to take the factory ash tray assembly, gut most of it, and just keep the flip down door and put the remote behind it, all for the low low price of 300 bucks.

It's really more then I want to spend, but on the other hand, if their fab jobs are as good as their tint jobs (and I've every reason to suspect it will be) It'd be worth the money to have it look perfect, and not have to spend hours Dremeling the hell out of my ashtray pod.

Anybody know someone who'll do it for me for 200? Or someone who will let me help for 300?

Thanks for the heads up. I was too slow and do need some new tires soon. I tried in 225 and 245 but no luck it went away as I was putting in my zip code. Really wished I could have gotten them.

Call the sales rep on the link I sent from the S2000 club.

He may be able to help.

Yeah, I missed out for the CR.

I did the oil change today. Went to Amsoil and wicks filter, then installed redline Gear and Diff oil. Must be psychological (well I am psychotic), but the car seems to run a lot smoother.

BTW, wal-mart is selling Royal Purple for $7.00/qrt.
