The rx8 failed smog and i figured it would, time for me to get a reman motor in it. Ill be using my other mazda for the time being. I used to be in vegas with the family 6-8 times a year, i know how it is over there and honestly, i don't know how you did it :P way too hot in the summer and way too cold in the winter. That's just me though :P

Right now because of the triple digit temps, my rx8 cannot be driven for long, it loses power when it's really hot only, but when the temperature drops like 90 degrees or less, it's fine. I should moved to a colder place to drive my rx8 normally and longer...lol

This is driving me nuts. Found a place to Start a New Thread, entered in all the info and then the freakin site just froze up and went away. Arrrgggg, WTF, was never that hard to post a Thread before!.

How long were you inactive for? Sometimes it takes a couple of days for the server to refresh and read that you're now active. There's a restriction on those who are new and want to start a new thread. When i signed back on to the 8club, it did the same for me and it took a day or two to refresh. Just be patient

I don't have facebook so i can't see the details :P The rx8 is currently down and out for now, it failed smog, rear rotor is losing compression. I can either shell out $4100 - $4500 getting a mazda reman and getting it installed by paul at rotorsport or i can get a reman from mazmart or i can ship my engine to pettit for a rebuild. Don't know what to do for now plus I'm saving up for a down payment for a townhouse. Whose hosting the meet and who put it together?

Nice, i stopped trying to go to TI because after the other Zack and I did the huge one back in what, 06, 07? I heard they started cracking down on large car meets over there and the SFPD i believe will give tickets. But that's what i heard. If things go well with your meet, I'll go ahead and set up a large one again though finding vendors will be hard while specialized rotary shops and aftermarket shops are rare around here. If there is an incentive, I can get vendors from here and other places to come but that's all small details XD.
And yeah, no facebook! I deleted it for work and just never looked back., hows the old crew doing? You guys still setting up meets? I want to start planning meets again and i'll just be posting through here and 7club, mazda6club and MOCC.

[left] Here is the large overview. Red road is east bound 80/101 (leaving SF), Blue road is West bound 80/101 (to SF). [right] Here is a closer view of the spaces we are going to meet at.
Considering we don't have permits, we cant guarantee that space will be available, so, we have three options that are very close to one another, red, yellow, blue or a combo of all three depending on how many ppl show up
Meet is still planned to start at 10:30. SEE YOU ALL THERE!
