my baby 8 is on her period now ....being a bitch ...dont wanna run smooth, rough idle , and running rich.....
gonna change oil, spark plugs , soak the intake filter in reloader..... i'll try to make it on thursday.....but not sure if its either my 8 or a honda if its not done....

See you all tomorrow evening. I've invited the mx-5 guys and mazda 3 guys, hope to see a lot of new faces and new cars.
Update: found out there is a mazda6club and invited them as well, wish i knew about it sooner :P Looks like my goal of getting an all mazda community together may come sooner than expected if they pull through.

Date/Time: June 17th (Thursday) @ 6:30pm for dinner, 8:00pm for Meet.

Dinner: McCarthy Ranch (We'll meet at Applebees parking lot and discuss where to eat from there)

Greetings from Shanghai!!! Today will be my first day at the 2010 Expo and hopefully I'll be able to see the China Pavilion without having to wait for too long.
Too much to talk about regarding my vacation, but several things will interest you guys. First of all for the FI owners... the gas sold all over china starts at 90 Octane at public gas stations and goes up to 98 so far that I've seen. 98 Octane was about $1.25/Liter !!!! Oh and about traffic, it's crazy. Lanes are more of a suggestion than anything, meaning you can drive all over the road, a lot of which are very wide. Oh and the speed limit? seems non-existent. Cop cars? also non-existent. I've seen 0 RX-8's since I've been in China.
Anyways, off to the expo!!! see you all when I get back after the 24th!!

I want to apologize for not being there yesterday till around 10ish. A family emergency came up that I had to attend. Just found out my aunt has cancer within her bones. My family is all still hopeful as she battled cancer before. Again, i want to apologize to everyone who went there and couldn't find anyone.
On a somewhat happier note, i'll be posting up a poll for next weeks meet. We have three places we can go and i'll post up the results Tuesday night.

Sorry to hear about your Aunt, I hope she can beat cancer again.
And don't even worry bout that meet man, you had other obligations, family first right? I for one had a blast cruising calaveras. Looks like the poll is leaning towards Santana Row for the coming meet. Hope to see everyone there.

For meets at Santana Row - DO NOT rev your engines and **** off the neighbors with the loud exhaust or we'll get kicked out.
It's happened before with much more expensive and exotic cars.

im suggesting Pasta Pomodoro...nice food...price around 8-15 depending on what u order...plus we get a nice walk to the restaurant through santana row :D
