hey everybody, just wondering about something. While looking on the internet for some beautiful canyons in the so cal area, i remember coming across a ONE WAY amazing canyon. i also remember reading that it was the only one in California. however, i dont remember wut it was called.:p Perhaps someone here knows the name of this road being that it is the only one way canyon in Cali. btw i dont know where it is haha only that it is in So Cal and that it had some very complex corners

Probably not what you are looking for this is one way, in a canyon, and in California.:D (don't go there, it's pretty boring with some open lots for sale..)

It would be more helpful if you told us what region of California you saw this road? I think there are roads in Sequoia(sp?) that are one way, I think it was called Kings Road...

Btw, nice drive in for me this morning on Mulholand canyon. 405 and 101 was completely choked up.:D

Hehe I grew up in that area, I remember driving thoes hills in my Escort during high school, not exactly zoom zoom, but fun none the less.

Also if you are in that area, take Sand Canyon road twards the valley!

All over Europe, through the Alps, the Pyrenees etc. All roads (except highways) in Europe are twisties :-)

hehe definately not what i was looking for. i should kick myself for not remembering where it is, but it's not coming to me. i could've sworn it was in the mulholand area but it's not. arg... maybe i was just hallucinating :p all i remember was that it was an amazing road.

I think the best so-cal road has to be Tuna canyon in Malibu. Its a one way road downhill. I broke a half shaft in my then one year old MR2 Spyder. Never again. But fun nonetheless.

Cool! I'd like to test my Drive-Fu against this road. Where in relation to Pepperdine University is this?

I can't tell you where it is in relation to Pepperdine, but here ya go http://www.mulhollandraceway.org/roads/tuna_cny.html this is the link for a map and review of Tuna Canyon. Look around the website also Tuna Canyon isn't the only thing that's fantastic. :p
