Big Meet

Big Meet
I was wanting to know if anyone would be interested in doing a huge meet. I have been to the San Bernadino, Sandiego, Irvine, and other meets! So I was wanting to know if anyone would want to set up a meet where ALL SoCal people show up. It could be set up to happen at a central location. I drive any where so its no big deal to me. But it would be a blast to see all the different RX8 owners out there who go to differnet meets.

+1 for SevenStock.
OR
You can go to the Annual SoCal Cruise...it's coming up soon. there should be 60-100 RX's there. Last year (despite the rain) we had over 50 cars, including an RX-2.

see that is what I am trying to get at, if I can go to everyone else's meet then a big meet should be no big deal. Plus your meet is on a week day and I cant do that because of work. Its not big deal if no one can do it.

like XdeedubbX said; it's been tried by a ton of people and ultimately it never happens. These "big meets" require a tremendous amount of planning and recruiting to ever get off the ground.
You then have to find something that interests enough people to actually want to drive a great distance to attend.
I just stick to the montly meets because they all offer something different:
- Malibu: White-knuckle Adrenaline Rush
- SB Cruise: Sprited drive, Hawaiian Punch Cars, and good company
- LAX: very laid back, chance to just 'hang ou' with friends.
