Bodykit Install Socal

Hey guys... need some help...

So I got my ings+1 kit and my RE Spoiler in. Great stuff... I don't want to ruin it with a crappy install. So far, I have a couple places I am looking at and need 4 things done:

1. Paint/Install Bodykit
2. Paint/Install Spoiler
3. Clean-Up Dealer Paint Destruction (basically remove swirls etc)
4. Apply additional layer of fiberglass to stereo faceplate and repaint

Mob Works: 1550 + #4
Auto Explosion: 1050 + #4
M1 Autobody: 1150 + #4

Any other recommendations? Orange Country Prefered, but willing to do a small amount of travel.

One thing with Mob works... they're known for their work, from all the import cars they do, so at least you know they'll do it right.

Try M1 Autobody, they're another one that's up par to Mobworks.

Yah... I KNOW I will get a great job out of Mob Works, I just wish they would work with me on the price a little bit. I mean in perspective... this is a bodykit in BLACK nothing too crazy there. One thing though... he did drop the price a little when I told him it was a genuine ings+1 kit.

How much did he quote you? I painted an Autobahn Strauss kit there for 275 front, 200 for the side skirts.

Since I work in an aspect that's part of the "industry" now, I'll see how much M1 Auto charges since they get stuff from my work. Another place is 6teen Paint in Gardena.

I'm sure there are cheaper places, but those are the places that "many" of the import show cars go to.

Sam (Trigger) knows of a good place too... maybe he'll chime in here soon.

I totally want to just go to mobworks, but my wallet says otherwise... I am not going to be stupid and destroy a 2600 kit with a crappy install, but if there is quality work to be done for less expensive I am not going to lose sleep over it. The car is black, not metalic black, just black, so it shouldn't be all that bad. I will give Zar a jingle today.

Awesome! Thanks for the help guys!

Zar is the F-Ing MAN!!!! Thank you very much for the referral. Zar is insane with the prices, but I have seen his work and can say it is amazing. I am excited as hell to go meet him next week now and the price is definately right. I can't believe his pricing is sooooo good... I almost feel guilty... if the car comes out as awesome as I hope, I will probably pay him extra... yes his price is that amazingly good.

We had very good luck on the paints and install with M1. Price was right, and service was completed right on schedule. None of the delays I have found in other companies that quote you good prices, but then take too long to deliver the car back to you. Now that we have some issues with the sideskirts, and hitting some debris on the freeway, I'm wondering how their customer service will be.

I may need some for my 8. I'm looking at replacing my damaged stock rear bumper with the Urethane one piece MS bumper from Mazdaparts. I would want to get the rear done in the two-tone paint scheme. I'll send you a pm when I get the guy to actually purchase the bumper for me. Maybe you could send your guy an email asking him how much he would charge to prep and paint this bumper. I will be doing the install.

Definetly don't go to auto explosion. I've had my previous car done there. They do great custom body work, but they can't spray for ****. TPR does shotty work as well (not reccomended). 20/20, Mob Works, Reflections in torrance, and 16 customs in gardena are good as well but be prepared to pay. In a nut shell, you get what you pay for.
