Hi Everybody,

We didn't preorder a shop car, and so I finally made a trip to the dealer to see when I can get an RX-8. I stopped by Bell Road Mazda in Phoenix because they are close to the shop, and they were so accomodating, I decided to let everyone know.

Both the salesman (Alain de Coninck) and the sales manager were helpful, and neither of them leaned on me. Got in quickly for a test drive, and a no BS conversation about when I can expect to pick up a car.

I was pleasantly surprised.

I purchased my RX8 (Green M/T) from Bell Road Mazda and have to say that they honored every verbal promise they made from the time I ordered it in January until I took delivery on July 23rd.

A very good place to do business with, I highly recommend them. Everyone from the Salesman, Sales Manager, General Sales Manager to the Service dept were very cordial and willing to help put me in the car as a satisfied customer. They were successful.

I have been buying new cars for close to 40 years and I will have to rate them as the best I've delt with.
