rotaries do not die around 60k. that's all B.S.
There are a few cars here well over the 100,000 mile mark with little to ZERO problems.

you should be able to get an 06 or an 07 at a great price.
You want manual or Auto?

Engine replacement is covered by warranty. But if it is past 60k and you don't have the 4g's to get a new engine then this is not the car for you. Who knows what the previous owner did to the car. I have an 06 with zero problems with the engine. I am the original owner.

why would you need $$$ to replace an engine after 60K? New engine warranty = 100,000 miles.

i just test drove the 6spd 2009 rx8 sport.

i used to have a 2004 4spd auto.

its alot more fun to drive than the 2004's imo
