I just received a confirmation from Adam that the GM from Dublin Mazda has agreed to have our meet at their dealership. So I set the date at April 21, 2012
Date: April 21, 2012
Time: 1:00pm to 5:00pm
If someone can bring in BBQ grill we can have that or we can have pizza like we did at Meet 93 and I know some of use have coolers so we can bring for the drinks.
I still need to figure out the sponsors and raffles so if anyone got any hook ups on any parts raffles let me know.
As suggested by Chris-Circuit we can have a photoshoot there too and we all know that we have a lot of photographers in our group.
So we are open to more suggestions so we can make this happen. We can now start the list of people that are down for this meet I know there's another thread out there but this is a new thread so just add your name to the list.
oh and I will try to get a shirt design going too.

Just an update (12/3/11)
Me and Chris met up with one of the managers and even the owner of Dublin Mazda and they pretty cool, they are willing to do anything to accommodate us, they are willing to open their 2 bays and put cars on the lift to show any cars, the lot is huge and it can hold 70-100 cars.
We are thinking of doing a photoshoot in the 2 car bays that they have. We can bring bbq or do they have a gas grill there that we can use. He also mentioned that they will throw out some stuff to the raffle.
so let's get this show on the road
