Doc Wong "Driving Skills and Skyline Fun Tour Clinics!"

This was posted in the bay area forums but I thought I should repost here so more people might see it. It's free and it sounds like fun.

Right around the time your RP shifter broke, and also the time when RACEFAN stalked me with PM's regarding Helen, the only other RX-8 driver that showed up.

I signed up for the Smooth Inputs, still not sure if I can go, but atleast I'm on the list. It will be a good way to test the new suspension.

You mean 32 adjustment settings. You can't do 32 way adjustable as each adjustment way is one characteristic; i.e. low speed compression, high speed compression, low speed rebound, etc. Yes I'm still here to bust your *****!

How do you like them? I've always been curious about them, but it seems like HKS is discontinuing them.

They ride nice, factory the drop the car at 42mm and setting at 20 (1 being the stiffest). I didnt want to lower the car too much so the front is down 32mm and the rear is 25mm, i set the front to 19 and the rear to 18. Its not too stiff, but enough to know you have suspension. the car doesnt lean in turn or hard braking at all. With my 245/45 it rubs when i do hard turns, but i can live with that. overall i am very happy, it didnt break my bank, and i can change the setting very easy. It is a streetable setup, but you can make back breaking pretty easy. A LOT better then just the RB springs. Oh... and DAMN YOU!!! yoy should come up here and try it.

It was a good drive. There were a lot of people (cars and a few bicyclists) out on the roads today.

Well, I think only people with Galaxy Grey RX-8's, with HKS Hypermax coilovers hybernate on sunny days.

The restaurant at Davenport was a good lunch. There were lots of people (fish and chips, and a few breakfast items) in that restaurant today.

Damn, this is good <insert name of illegal drug here>.
