I checked at the Browning mazda once for new coils. They were like $120 for all four, not that bad but not including tax.

Hey ya'll. I dont post too often... keep getting tied up recleaning around the house. Im back in San Diego again..finally.

anyway, i didn't bother shopping around or price comparing. i just ordered a set from Brice (Fluid Motorsports), https://www.rx8club.com/showthread.php?t=164611

Final price with shipping was $309ish.

Im finally learning to do stuff myself also. Installed borla exhaust and k/n intake fairly easy. Since i work on gas turbines in the Navy, i figured it cant be too hard to change out some wires and plugs right...?

true dat^ seriously it way easy...the spark plugs are kinda of a bitch to get to tho, ur gonna need a long extension and the "standard" spark plug socket doesnt fit on our spark plugs, youll need to go out to autozone a buy a different one, 9 bucks or something like that...great buy

I am going to say that the problem after problem i keep having is one of those "Hey its bound to happen..." problem(s). But on my way back from Phoenix i noticed a loud sound, sort of hard to describe but none the less a annoying sound. When i finally got home it was worse and i noticed it when i turned it was louder and louder. If i would have actually stoped rather then just wanting to get back to San Diego i woulda noticed the below problem. So bascially just need some advice/help on how to fix this or where to buy a replacement or if anyone has any laying around?

I ripped mine off twice... once because I forgot to put a clip in and it came loose, got caught in my tire tread, and ripped it right off, the second was after I got my body kit, I used small screws instead of clips, and it came off.

I bought them from Tustin Mazda.
