RX ocho: autotoys should have it but call ahead.
If they can't have it, call NeptuneSpeed in H.B., they usually have supply on hand and might sell you a few quarts

Rolling fenders is a slow process because you need to heat the area to a certain temperature and work slowly so you don't crease / crack the paint.
I would say start to finish is a good 45 minutes? Not sure though, that's just how long it took for my car when I had mine done.
