you know one of those days under the hood? when you accidentally do something wrong?

well, I was putting on nail plugs into the coolant tubes which runs through the intake manifold

well, the nail on the bottom side, unfortunately, didn't stick, i started up the car and drove it off, I went on the freeway, going 80 and then suddenly there's this loud CLANK CLANK CLANK and then a CLINK!!!, I got home, open my hood, inspected everything......the nail went in pretty good onto the main pulley, and suffice to say, also the pulley line, well, I replaced the pulley like, but now my main pulley is starting to crack.....so yea man

forever.... no just kidding, but typical life is quite a long time.... say 60k or so.
it really has to do with what type of driving you do. if you drive a lot of freeway, you dont use your brakes much at all. if you drive streets mostly, you will get a lot less milage out of them.

Keith has 70 somthing miles on his car, and his rotors look fine. but look at how much he drives the freeway.
