I dropped it and decided to never go there again. I have kept my mouth shut for a long time. I got pissed when they questioned a board memeber about his posts.
I have a great relationship with the dealer next to my work. I simply took it to Galpin because it is next to my house and I usually leave the car overnight for service. Hence my door ding because they parked it next to a mountaineer overnight.

<<[QUOTE=snap-on]I didn't read the issue from the first post but I'm sure it will ba a rant. If the dealer treated a customer incorrectly....slam away.
I've even had a few posts on other forums.." I told them this and I told them that" etc while in reality it was me they where talking to and the conversation wasn't even close to what the member posted.
Lets put this into a different perspective. What do you do for a living?

I work in a public relations-type capacity and must deal with clients every single day. I would hope that all of them would say that I was professional and solicitous, and if not, then I would take their complaint into SERIOUS consideration and FIX the problem. So far (fingers crossed), I have never received a complaint from a client. If I did, I would do everything possible to make them satisfied and let them know that I am concerned about their problem and am actively working to fix said problem if it can't be amended right away. I would ensure that they know that they are the most important client to me.
Unfortunately, it doesn't seem like Samsonite or the other posters complaining about service received this type of customer service from Galpin SVC. My point is that I have to deal with the same type of problems that Galpin SVC does. And if I read these boards and read these complaints, I would not attack the posters the way Galpin SVC did to Sup8rbad. I would instead let them know that I am aware of their complaints and will do my best to resolve any and all problems. I would realize that something is seriously wrong with my customer relations and frankly, I'd start sweating. Seems like Galpin did the exact opposite.

I'm not saying the dealer is right or wrong in this situation.
Find a good dealer and stick to them. Let them know you are on the forums and I know they will learn issues and corrections before you even have to call them. After all nobody wants to NOT fix your car.
Just my observation
Slam away.

Where is my rant? This is the orignal post. Was I out of line?

Oil change done.
Creaky seat.....normal ? WTF? It did not do it when it was new. Other dealers can fix it.
Rough idle.....normal, more so with Borla. I don't think so. It started with the "m" flash
door ding. They claim that it came it with it. Bullshit.
new tires estimate...nope
Time to sell the car. Mazda customer service is horrible. I was so pissed that I do not want the car anymore. I will never take it to them for service again. They have lost a customer.
Time for a C6
