Good Paint Shop in Socal?
hey guys its time to get my ms style kit painted! i need a good body/paint shop that will do a decent job, but my main concern is pricing. i know that mobworks is highly recommended, but they are expensive as hell. believe me if i had the money id go thru them. however price is definitley an issue. any feedback on where i should take my car in the socal area? thanks in advance guys.

M1 AUTOBODY call them and ask for David and tell him sam with black 8 sent you. he's the manager. great reputation. worked on most of the well known cars. apex rx7, megan racing silvia. r34 skylines, a lot. oh and if money is an issue i also a great place called TPR autobody. ask for ZAR tell him sam with the black 8 sent you. he'll hook u up

im sure all the places you are listing do excellent work, but im looking for a decent price.
example: i would like to get my sideskirts and rear diffuser painted for ~$300 or less. that does NOT include fitment of any kind. just simple prep and paint.

It's not just the paint you have to worry about, it's the fitment... if it takes more work/bondo to make it fit, they will charge you more for labor.. and in the end it may not even look right. That's for replica Fiberglass kits.

if you really want a cheap price try 1 day paint or maaco like sam said
maaco painted my civic like ten times
the problem with cheap paint is you have to redone it often and it chips easy

Also the paint color may not match like you want. Most of the time Maaco places use some generic color for your car... So if it's red... it'll be red like the rest of the reds out there. I'm sure you've seen the ghetto paint jobs out there.
