Heritage Mazda Huntington Beach
Just completed my first oil change at Heritage Mazda in Huntington Beach. Service was superb! I knew of the open recall on the passenger side airbag but wanted to see if the service advisor would inform me himself. Sure enough, Rob performed the due diligence and had the recall serviced on top of the oil change. Took less than 2 hours for everything which is RELATIVELY good.
You folks who are having a hard time at Irvine/Heritage in Tustin should stroll by HB to avoid the headache.

I've had good service there as well, but I find they are often reluctant to return customer's calls or call customers to tell them when their car is complete. Randy is very bad with returning calls. Eric is one of their better service writers. What's nice is they don't require appointments, so you can drive in any time and drop off your car.
