Hit and run!

Hi, heres my situation, while my car was parked outside my work, a traffic collision happened! there was 2 cars involve. The toyota solara and a chevy truck. The chevy truck hit the toyota solara and hit my car, and damage my front bumper ,left fender and busted my left signal light. Unfortunately the chevy took off and didnt leave his information except the toyota driver was honest and called the cops to explain what happen. The question is, is the toyota driver liable for this and will he fix my car using his insurance or i have to use my own insurance for this? I wasnt even in the car when this all happened!

Insurance is no fault.

Contact your company. They will send you a check.

They will work out the differences with the other insurance company.

except when your rates go up. any car that hits your car is at fault, intentional or not.
if you have their info, you could still get you insurance to fix it. and let them go after his
so your rates want go up.
