hey all,

well for those of you that message me, just wanted to let you all know that i'm deployed to iraq for the next year... came over for 13 instead of 7 months so i can pay off my bills and do some major upgrades to my car.... it can get a little boring out here, so i'm trolling the forums to keep the spirit of my car in me! take care all.

You're doing the country proud. Keep your head down and come home safe. I was there during operation desert shield and storm. But I only spent 7 months in country. Flash floods and sand storms, lots of fun.

yeah, i know it will be worth it, staying out here for a year... its good where i'm at.... i'm an active duty staff sergeant in the marines corps... thats staff sergeant, not sergeant... just to make it clear, lol. i'm currently at camp taqaddum (TQ)... just outside fallujah... keep me company guys, lol... thanks

TQ - ?!?!? No way - I was JUST there over New Years! I flew in for a few days and then off to Falluja for a mission.

im a sgt in the army...drove though fallujah about month after i got there, rough area it looked like. You guys work with blackwater a lot there? I know we worked with them a ton in baghdad

no i don't work with BW here... but they are coming and going... alot of contractors around here... who knows what they do, lol. yeah so i'll be here till march 09... hope to make a pretty penny... maybe i can afford a turbo, lol
