well, you can change the cat, but Cali and many other states have sound regulations. Is that what he wrote you up for... being to loud? Or for emissions? And I think its illegal for a cop to give a car a fix-a-ticket unless you are driving it on the road...Not sure though.
On a different note... Anyone up for a night cruise on some Santiago roads, like cooks corner?! Maybe a weeknight like around 10 o'clock, meet up then go out to the roads, on a Wednesday or something? I know fullsmoke is down... So thats...2, If people post a different night thats fine with me, I make time to drive!

Shinka-05: sounds like fun but I try and avoid spirited drives at night...just too much that can go wrong.

I'm down for a night time drive. Nothing crazy since my driving record is clean. No speeding tickets for a few years now....knock...knock.....
F* The Police. Especially in Irvine. They really don't have anything better to do than give out traffic citations. Anyone with a slightly modded car should steer clear of Communist Irvine.

A simple yes or no would do. If you don't know your limits and/or the road, then sure, the drive can be dangerous. But uhhh, its called restraint?!

It's not me I'm worried about Shinka, it's driving at night with people I don't know who might not know the limits of their vehicles as well as I do.

I live in Mission Viejo and have heard a lot of horror and accident stories happening in that pass. There's memorials all over the place to prove it too.

I was at the Spectrum this past weekend. I think I spotted a VR in the parking garage near D&B on Friday at around 9
