You can change your rear CAT back exhaust legally.

It's only a muffler. It's the CAt coverter that can not be changed.

well, you can change the cat, but Cali and many other states have sound regulations. Is that what he wrote you up for... being to loud? Or for emissions? And I think its illegal for a cop to give a car a fix-a-ticket unless you are driving it on the road...Not sure though.

On a different note... Anyone up for a night cruise on some Santiago roads, like cooks corner?! Maybe a weeknight like around 10 o'clock, meet up then go out to the roads, on a Wednesday or something? I know fullsmoke is down... So thats...2, If people post a different night thats fine with me, I make time to drive!

Shinka-05: sounds like fun but I try and avoid spirited drives at night...just too much that can go wrong.

I'm down for a night time drive. Nothing crazy since my driving record is clean. No speeding tickets for a few years now....knock...knock.....

F* The Police. Especially in Irvine. They really don't have anything better to do than give out traffic citations. Anyone with a slightly modded car should steer clear of Communist Irvine.

You might want to post a WTB stock exhaust in the Classified/Buy/Sell section.

A simple yes or no would do. If you don't know your limits and/or the road, then sure, the drive can be dangerous. But uhhh, its called restraint?!

It's not me I'm worried about Shinka, it's driving at night with people I don't know who might not know the limits of their vehicles as well as I do.

Yes, you are too loud.

The cops know who you are so they keep an eye on you.

Go to a differant city.

driving fast in trabuco canyon is easy way to get into an accident... especially with Cook's Corner right there to serve booze. Drive it during the day man.

Shinka, I don't think it's not that it's not wanted, I think it's the fact you're trying to organize it at night when it's the most dangerous there. That Trabuco Canyon pass is like the second (or one of this top 5) most deaths/accidents with Ortega hwy taking first in the area. I'd drive it during the day, but not at night with the chance of a lot of fog there also.

I live in Mission Viejo and have heard a lot of horror and accident stories happening in that pass. There's memorials all over the place to prove it too.

That road is a piece of cake if you know it. Even at night.

But I'm not advising people to do it.
