You work for the post office????

What's your background? What did you do in GB? What are you good at?? I won't ask what you'd like to do cuz I'd most likely get the typical flippant answer. See ya when I get back from vacation & SSX

How do you sell stuff and not talk to the customer??? How's your computer skills?? Computer graphics?? I don't think I know anyone in retail sales. I'll have to think about that. I don't think I know anyone in the arts ether but I do enjoy them. I'll keep my eyes open and ears tuned in.

Sorry, I couldn't make it to your garage meet Phil.. It's also a shame that so many other people couldn't make it either. But, today I got to meet Jason for the first time, and he seems like a great easy going guy. He also seems to love his RX-8 as much as all of those.. Looking forward to hanging, and meeting the rest of you guys at the meets! Besides that, everybody have a wonderful weekend and Phil have fun on your vacation and SSX! Don't forget to take lots of pictures, especially close-ups of the RX-8's.

Anthony, you should sell double that!! Atleast 3.6 million a year.. HAHAH But, I'm 21 years young! Even though all the **** i've been through in my life, I feel like i'm atleast 30 by now. Even when I was 16-18 years old, I always hung out with an older crowd. I just grew up too fast! How about you?

She got an older sister? HAHAH Also, i can't tell who is who in that picture.. The bubbles are all over everyone, it's hard to recognize any face. But, that black chick looks familiar for some reason, do you know her name?!

the black girl's name is shalisha...and im in the middle...the whitest 1 of the bunch =)

k anthony...how to pass...

dont go past the thick white perpendicular lines of the cross walk when coming up to an intersection or complete stop.

dont shift during a turn or an intersection

dont change lanes while in an intersection

make sure to be right at or at least 2-3 mph below the speed limit

dont do a california roll at stop signs...make an absolute complete stop

always look back when changing lanes

watch out for school zones

make sure to know how to parallel park within 10-18 inches of the curb

thats all i can point out...hope that helps

yeah either that or start out in second. im sure there are some exceptions but they want u to have power during a turn so that if u get into a sticky situation u can get out of it.and so that someone wont smash into ur rear because u slow down a mph or 2 while shifting

and for ur past question, i dont really get lessons. i just drive with my parents and i have friends tell me how they failed when they took their tests. its easy, just follow the laws to a T and u should be good.

ssx pictures

I'm trying to post pictures from SSX. Who knows how?? PM me a real email address and I'll send them to you. I did not have very many but there are a few.

I was happy to see the vegas group at SSX. I'm very sorry that I was busy and not able to hang. When things got slower I went looking for you guys. No luck, I got a good idea about next year. If we do it right, we can all go for the weekend and hang, have a few and take in the show.

When I get back from vacation, Mike wants to have the meet at his place and also have a bbq. Sounds great to me.

another noob question, i come to u guys because my mom used to drive like a sissy in her 1960s vw beetle.

downshifting: what is the best way to smoothly downshift.

ive found 2 ways that seem to work but i dono if its the "right" way or if its the smart way to down shift from lets say 20 mph going down into first.

first way: just jam the gear shift into first and let the clutch bring the rpms to about 5k

second way: punch the gas a bit with the clutch in raising the rpms to what i think is where the rpms would be matched in first gear at X Mph. then putting it in gear and engaging the clutch...

suggestions? am i doing it right? out of the 2 ways i posted which way do u guys downshift?

Jordan that seems a bit fast for me for first gear, to be shifting down anyway. Why are you needing to do this, i would be shifting down to second at that speed, even third then down to second. I only use first when i know im going to come to a complete stop

well i was just curious...like if u were in auto cross or something and need to get into first for a sharp 200 degree turn and need to be able to pump out alot of power at the end of the turn. with street driving, there really is no need to put it into first at 20 but, curiosity became the best of me
