Gawd dude I dont even what to think about installing that front sway bar its going to be a pain in the a$$ but yeah I'm going to install it tonight after I pick up Annette from work so I have all night to work on it

I'm going to the Vegas Rotary meet, Some cool new cars like a custom blue FC with a LS1 Supercharged V8!!!

I'm going to the event so I can do some ride alongs if I'm lucky. I want to see the exit tricks of controlling the drift out of the apex. I know how to put the nose in but cant really see or get how to get her out of the turn with out spinning lol

Oh a new members 8 would not go over 3 rpms the old lack of power issue. It was the C.A.T. clogging up. So we seafoamed it gave it a few high revs let it idle for about 20 min all good now.
I gave her some pre mix and told her to take it in and tell them "car would not rev or go over 3k rpms, lack of power".

My new toy

Are you it was a clogged CAT? Honestly having a clogged CAT means the particles inside are broken up, and the only way to fix that is to replace it or hollow it out. By the time the seaform it gets to the cat its no longer liquid it would have already evaporated. Theres no liquid out there that will fix a clogged cat were not working with water pipes

You can post up the map as is until I get the forum to put it up in. Just put the link in your first post of your thread. The forum will just allow me to make it bigger.

its actually made of 3 different materials irodium and poladium and theres one more i cant think of, they compress all 3 into the honeycomb looking stuff you see inside the cat, its like ceramic but its not ceramic.

I've been trying to get Armin for two weeks. I leave messages and he has not answered. AJ, PM me the phone number you have for him. Also, AJ the animals on the Pettit thread are getting restless, have you solved the map problem?

Sorry Phil. I got tied up. I tryed to install my front sway bar and I striped a bolt on the endlink that sits on the controll arm. Dam Mazda bolts must be made out of clay So I had to put everything back together. Looks like I have to cut the bolt now
I wont be needing the helmet.

for a rotor and pad swap,
you dont need to bleed the brakes unless you disconnect the brake line.

Why do you have to live so far away?

Anyone have a good DIY for bleeding the brakes on the 8!!!

I broke the brake line and now when I slam on the brakes my car slides and the rear kicks out wildly. We broke the brake line to get the rear pads to fit over the rotor.

I just swapped out the front brakes back to OEM to see if it was the cheap duralast pads but I would like to bleed the brakes too, since I release some of the pressure out of the line.

^Dam and I sold my steal brake lines dang it.

Bleading them is snap **** man. Remember how I was telling you me and my Dad would do it?
Well check this out -> http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dKwY80HkTxo
The only thing different my Dad would do is run a hose from the nipple to a can of brake fluid to ensure no air gets back in. Thats how we do it. If you want to blead them let me know.
