Gil and I are going to the In & Out meet this week on Thursday night just to see the how the subies live. I've been told that several other car clubs will also be there. If any of you would like to join us come on - the more the merrier. Mazda Maniac will also show up as he is in town.

Hey guys, just wanna say Whats sup! from the Socal people, I am thinking (as suggested by phil) to organize a cruise to you guys, but its gonna be a long *** drive, when do you guys usually meet? its probably gonna have to be on weekends to do this, but if we manage to, that would be leet!

 

We usually meet on Friday night but if SoCal is coming we can schedule something to do together on Saturday Night. The drives not that far but everyone wants to come to Vegas anyway so it would be fun. Give me an idea when and I will set something up.

 

we're probably gonna discuss it at the Walnut meet, and I'll ask rodger at LAX meet, I'm thinking it should be like at least 10 rx8s+ to go to vegas(and meet u guys of I think another 10+ rx8s) and that would be sick

 

i close on thu, so i cant make it, i would if i could. But i will be starting to open now on saturdays so i can usually make the sat night meets.

That would be cool if we could get a vegas/La meet

if people from socal came id try extra hard to be there. the in and out meets are hard for me because they are about a 30 minute drive from my house and its a school night most of the time. name the socal meet date and ill do my best to arrange myself to be there

What time are you getting there?

 

I plan on being there right at 7 - You?? There will be a few 7s there and I think that Gonz will bring his three rotor, a guy who just finished installing a turbo in his 8 and a few others. So far with us it's me, Gil and Jason w/ guest. Hopefully we'll pick up a few more before tomorrow night.

 

As much as it will upset my wife, I think that the SoCal/Vegas meet would be on a Saturday but it's still in the planning stages. Some how we need to get a good showing for that meet even if we have to tow the 8s to the meet.

I know no one put me in charge but if no one minds I will work on the arrangements. Right now I'm leaning toward the In & Out at Tropicana and Dean Martin Drive cuz it's easy to find for the SoCal bunch and has a side parking lot. I am open to suggestions. I personally like the top deck of the Gold Coast east parking garage (for the view) but that may be difficult for them to find.

Ivory, where do you live that it takes 30 minutes to get to In & Out? I was under the impression that you lived near the South Coast.

 

yeah thats a good spot phil that in n out, jordan dude it shouldnt take you thirty minutes to get there, it takes me about 5-10

No not this weekend. It's still in the planning stages. I'll post prior to the meet.

 

its official on sat nov 10th bbq/meet at my house i'd say about 3pm, so that we can catch the sun and take some nice pics at the park near by.
