Yup, I'm going - I'll be leaving on Thursday sometime - staying at the Official Hotel. I may be taking my motorhome and towing the 8 so if anyone needs a ride down there let me know.
Those rims will look like spider webs on the Shinka
Working in the garage I dropped some stuff on the hood of my 8. Put two large dents and two deep scratchs in the hood. I took it to a detailer and am having him do his thing. It will not get it out of jail until Friday evening - just in time to make the meet.

but you could've called me instead of using the 8 as a second pair of hands.Gil the SF Challenges were my first choice.

Gil (Narotordo) works for a chain of Hotels and has some inexpensive rooms set aside, PM him for a price and location. I'm staying at the "official" (actually means nothing) hotel and it runs about $100.00 per night.
Yea, I should have called someone - what a mess. I hope the detailer can make it look acceptable.
Those rims should look good on your car AJ. I'm more into bling and would prefer the chrome.

Only on your 8 - chrome rules elsewhere
Wait until you see all the rotary cars in one spot - it's over whelming and of course all the buds you will make. Come to the meet Friday night even if for just a little while.
I am partial to chrome-------as you know. Silver just looks like unfinished chrome (to me). This is your car and your message your carrying so dress it up as you would wish. Are you going to have them on for 7stock?

NOTE: I will have a lot of room for my two way trip from Vegas to Seven Stock and back to Vegas. If you are taking something down to sell or bringing anything back that you purchased you are welcome to get it to me for the trip. If you want to go to Seven Stock and don't have wheels or the gas money, you can ride with me both ways (or even one way) (your on your own when in Irvine). My schedule is to leave Vegas on Thursday 9/24/09 about 8am (flexable) and return from Irvine at about 1pm on Sunday 9/27/09 (flexable).
