I want to try and fit up my new front bumper this weekend or at least try and get my fog lights to fit. Armin is supposed to come over and help........

 

I'm just here visiting, but I'm looking to hang out with some new rotary people while I'm here. I don't have my car with me, but if anyone in the military would kindly pick me up that would be great. I'll ride around with whoever and wouldn't cause any inconvenience.

Good morning peeps!!! My 8 is being tuned and I am ubber happy......Now to make my week I would like to get my new bumper ready to go to the shop for installation and painting. The fog lights are a must. I have a set of 09 fogs but am not sure they will fit into my new bumper so I may have to use the 04 set.

If Sara happens to stop by, I have that short ram intake that she is welcome to use and maybe we can get it installed.

Little Phil had another accident. Ran over a rock in the road and smashed his oil pan. Luckily I had my stock pan and could loan it to him.

Hoping to see Armin this weekend and maybe Chunbelievable will stop by. Nothing planned but some work on my car but as always everyone is welcome. Garage is open from 10am until 2pm on Saturday. Plenty of cold soda and beer in the frig. Want to stop by but not sure where I live, let me know and I will PM you my address and directions.................

Well Armin and I removed the front bumper and tried some fitups with the CWest bumper. It looks like part of the crash bar will have to be removed. I am trying not to remove any off the CWest bumper in the vent hole areas because they have a very nice set of tabs built in to hold the screens. We will attack the bumper again next Saturday. It looks like I will be useing the 04 fog lights in the little holes of the bumper. I am looking for a unique mesh for the screen areas.

Chun, how we coming on the art work? I know I'm a pain in the *** but the squeaky wheel always get the grease.

Armin, I think I found the fog light grill. I sent away for the material and hope to have it Saturday......how you coming on the brackets? I am going to try and look at material for the large openings today and hope to have it this weekend.

I will be in my garage again this Saturday from 10am until 2pm so any one that wishes can come by and have a cold drink or work on their car.
